Avoid this place! If you make a mistake or they send the wrong part, they won't give you a full refund even if you return the item in perfect condition! I couldn't find the receipt, and they only refunded half! Did they even give me the receipt or not? I don't know, but the manager wouldn't listen. Apparently, there are return shipping fees later, but not initially. It's a shame; it's bad publicity, and on top of that, waiting for hours on the phone or in the store is awful!

Frankly, very surprised, they have everything and at very reasonable prices, especially in tools, I was left speechless...great equipment and cheaper than some brands that boast of being the best

I called to check the availability of engine oil. The person I spoke to told me that they would check in store and get back to me right away. After 10 minutes of waiting without an answer or a response from them, I ended up hanging up. To this day, I still haven't received a call back and therefore I still haven't received a response to my request.
