Here lives the evil incarnate! I was taken to the wrong garage.. Promised to be relieved from my problem at 8:00. However yelling men would be ad my campervan in september.. They were mean, especially the french man with the wrotten teeth.. I wish he would go to visit his father lucifer!

I booked an appointment for an oil change, service, and vehicle inspection by phone. They gave me an appointment for December 4th at 9:00 AM, telling me there would be a 1.5-hour wait. My wife picked up the car at 10:45 AM, but it wasn't ready. She got it back a little before closing time, and the inspection hadn't been done. Surprise, surprise, it apparently wasn't scheduled. So, the phone appointment was confirmed by a technician, and then by a receptionist on site... Either they forgot something (didn't write it down, etc.) or they're just lying to us. I have an appointment on December 12th for a timing belt replacement, which is worrying me! To be continued!

The hostess was very helpful, welcoming, and always pleasant. She was available, attentive, and demonstrated great professionalism. Her warm presence made the in-store experience truly enjoyable.
