I appreciated the friendly and clear telephone reception regarding the work to be done. This first impression was reinforced by the efficient and attentive service at the garage. The work, which was straightforward, was completed at a very reasonable cost (30 minutes spent). I recommend them, especially for a Renault vehicle!

August is a tough month when your car breaks down. I spoke to a very kind receptionist on the phone who listened to the reasons for the breakdown. She informed me that they didn't have a technician available in the workshop. She offered me an appointment in 20 days, in September. Really, dealerships are only open to sell cars. What about everything else?

July 4, 2025, We own a Nissan XTrail and we broke down at the entrance to Lyon due to a rise in engine temperature, which left the vehicle immobilized. We immediately contacted local dealers, including the main one, Bernard, in Venissieux. Response: impossible to pick up our vehicle for 5 to 6 weeks. Bravo Nissan!!! After searching with numerous garages, on July 6 we met Mr. Constant from the Renault garage in Tassin la demi-lune, who immediately set us up an appointment for July 15 to inspect the car and carry out the repair, which was completed on July 21. So THANK YOU again!!!!! Our vacation was already cut short, so we were able to get back on the road in perfect safety and return to our vacation spot.
We recommend this garage without hesitation.

I'm giving it two stars because the phone reception was generally good.
However, there was no text or email indicating that the clinic would be closed, meaning I couldn't keep my scheduled appointments. Luckily, I went to see them to confirm the appointment I originally made a month before.
The result was that they were closed, so I had to find an emergency room as we were going on vacation.
This was the first time I'd scheduled an appointment with them, but that might not be the case next time.
