Our air conditioning stopped working whilst en route to hot weather in Europe. The lovely mechanic at the garage refilled the fluid in half an hour. What a star! Highly recommend.

I came in today for an AdBlue problem.
I contacted the Nordausques garage to have the repairs done, but they told me they had no more appointments available and that the repairs were covered by the manufacturer, providing me with Renault's internal software code.
I made an appointment with this garage (Saint Martin lez Tatinghem), and after reprogramming the injectors, they billed me using a different code, informing me that this operation was 100% at the customer's expense.
After paying, my partner went directly to the Nordausques dealership to get more details, and indeed, this repair was covered by the manufacturer.
She then called the Saint Martin garage to confront the two professionals.
The phone conversation was disastrous; the manager in Saint Martin even had the nerve to say, in an irritated tone, "Well, why are you sending me your customers?" "To the professional in Nordausques. So, in other words, if you're not a regular customer, don't go there, you're not welcome…"
Once the Nordausques team explained how Renault's software works at the Saint Martin garage, they finally realized their mistake and asked, "So what does the lady want?" So my partner requested a refund, and we immediately set off so I could get it.
When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager, who was either unfamiliar with the situation or very surprised by the situation: probably due to the training he received over the phone from another Renault garage. He refunded me by check, even though I paid by credit card, because, and I quote, "they can't refund directly to the customer's credit card," or maybe they just don't know… anyway.
"Once Nordausques explained how Renault's software works to the garage in Saint Martin, they finally understood their mistake and asked, 'So what does the lady want?'" When I understand that they prefer to make the customer pay rather than deal with the administrative work in order to get reimbursed by the builder, I wonder how many customers have paid unnecessarily.

A wonderful welcome, a team of professionals passionate about their work, and excellent advice.
I don't hesitate to come from the Lille metropolitan area to get my maintenance done, tires changed, etc. at the Nicolas Martin garage.
I recommend it without hesitation.
