Top-notch garage!!
We don't recommend hiking the Jura trails in the middle of December… 😂 However, we highly recommend this garage – they were fantastic! They were the only garage that could take care of us on the weekend and very quickly. We promise to be extra careful, whether we're hiking or mushroom hunting.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. Following a breakdown on the motorway, I was towed to them. To my great regret. 10 days later, still no quote and the car had not been diagnosed. 26 days later, the garage passed the buck to the Renault center, which passed the buck to the garage. So I am still without a vehicle. I decided to file a formal notice with my insurance's legal protection: miraculously, the car was repaired in 48 hours. I went a total of 31 days without news and without a vehicle. Despite my numerous calls. Garage or repair center, it doesn't matter, I was not satisfied with the follow-up and the progress of the service.

My Laguna's clutch failed on a Monday at 11:30 am: towing service started at 12:30 pm. Vehicle repaired four days later. Excellent service and quick response.

A huge thank you to Alex. While we got stuck near the forest and it was dark, he agreed to come despite the risks, reassured us a lot and even shared some of his water (super orchid syrup). A human encounter and efficient work that allowed us to turn this stressful experience into a good memory in the end. I recommend it 100%. Thank you 🙏
