Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the quality of service, both by phone and in person, at your dealership in Tergnier.
Since this morning, I have repeatedly tried to contact your switchboard, without success. No one answers, making it impossible to schedule an appointment or even simply obtain information. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.
Indeed, during a recent visit to your premises, when the dealership was relatively quiet and the staff seemed available, I had to wait nearly an hour and forty-five minutes before being assisted. Not only is this delay difficult to justify in such circumstances, but it was not accompanied by any real explanation or apology. Even more regrettable, the receptionist made disparaging remarks to customers, which is, at the very least, contrary to the basic standards of courtesy and professionalism one has the right to expect from a service of this nature.
This situation is all the more problematic given that, in the Aisne region, each trip to a dealership represents a significant travel time, at least thirty minutes, in an area where alternatives remain limited. Being unable to reach anyone by phone and having to endure clearly unreasonable waiting times, even before a vehicle has been handed over, creates a feeling of abandonment for the customer and seriously damages the image of your establishment, as well as that of the Peugeot brand.
I would be grateful if you could inform me of the measures you intend to implement to address these issues, both in terms of telephone reception and on-site service, and to guarantee your customers a level of service that meets expected standards.
