Despite having arranged an appointment with specific specifications (inches and vehicle model), the garage refused to grant our request to change our tires from summer to winter.
We made a wasted trip after taking half a day off work...

I booked and purchased a vehicle entirely by phone. I immediately sensed Mr. Leclerc's professionalism. I received the vehicle as promised, delivered by carrier, in like-new condition, "identical to the sales advertisement." I had several phone conversations to finalize everything.
Truly a trustworthy mechanic!

A professional garage that listens to its customers. I've known Eric for almost 20 years; he sold me my first car. Eric sold me my new car, a DS5, and did a personalized search for my vehicle based on the make, engine, and especially my budget. We found the vehicle that matched my criteria, with a test drive before purchase. Everything was perfect, and I received the registration document very quickly. We were passing through with our campervan when we heard a squeaking noise from one of the wheels. One of the employees determined that we urgently needed to replace a part. They are very busy and yet they were able to help us enormously, very professional service, very rare these days. Thank you very much!
