The mechanic is friendly, but he has no sympathy for his good customers. He refuses to help a customer whose car is immobilized.
Sorry to say, but I've noticed they only do easy, profitable repairs. Their labor costs aren't high, but they make a huge profit on the parts. Avoid them.

The service is always perfect; they are always accommodating and proactive. The owners, always smiling, are very attentive to their customers. They are a rare find these days.
You need to book an appointment well in advance as they are very popular: a sign of quality.
