Initially, we received a pleasant welcome from the accountant. When the saleswoman became available, she told us that our project—a staggered tile layout on pedestals for our patio—was impossible. Growing irritated by our request, she consulted her colleague, who explained that it was a complex but feasible project. Barely concealing her annoyance, she prepared our quote without a word. We advise you to come prepared with a concrete plan, because, as she repeatedly stated, she was only a salesperson and the installation wasn't her responsibility. The same goes for the tile layout; that's the tiler's job, not hers, whereas other stores do it free of charge.
The products seem to be of good quality, with a wide range of choices. It's a shame; we won't be returning.

We were surprised by the huge selection in this store! We went in to browse, without an appointment, which is actually recommended! Even so, we were greeted by Sandra, who was very attentive and offered excellent advice. Being quite particular and indecisive, she was very patient with us and responded to our requests with humor and good cheer!

I thought choosing tiles would be complicated, but it all becomes very simple when you consult a professional who listens, knows their products, offers suggestions, and broadens your horizons.
A very wide selection, including options to explore beyond the usual.
I found it—no, Karine found my dream tile, and I really wasn't expecting it!

Great store with lots of choices. The service was excellent, no complaints whatsoever; the staff were attentive and didn't rush you, allowing you time to think things through without being hurried, and they helped you find the best solution. I highly recommend it. Now I'm waiting for the delivery; I'll let you know if I have any further thoughts.

We highly recommend this establishment! We had a project for an outdoor terrace with 120x60 cm tiles. During our first visit, we were surprised by the very wide selection offered by Ceramica. Mr. Pierre Gicquel gave us a very warm welcome and even recommended some tradespeople.
We then ordered all the tiles and necessary materials, and the delivery times were perfectly respected! Mr. Gicquel even called us afterward to check on our satisfaction. The tiles are splendid and of very high quality!
We will definitely return to Ceramica for our future projects! Well done and thank you!
