I'm writing to talk about the BUFFIN garage, which I highly recommend. We are loyal customers because our two vehicles are meticulously maintained there. When needed, repairs are well done at an affordable and reasonable price.
The owner and staff are competent, professional, attentive, and friendly. We are 100% satisfied.

The receptionist was very nice... but she mistook me for an American! €280 for the quote compared to €80 at the competitor 5 minutes away... Thanks, but no thanks!

Honest mechanics have become so rare these days that it's worth mentioning, especially at Renault. The turnaround time, prices, and quality are all excellent. This is the first time a Renault mechanic has given me a better price than the promotional email I received! You're always warmly welcomed (the owner is usually hands-on), and there are no unpleasant surprises on the bill: the quotes are strictly adhered to. Other Renault mechanics in the area would do well to do some training there to learn their trade (respect for the customer, deadlines, and prices).

I've used their services before. No surprises... It's never fun going to the garage, even for routine maintenance, but it's one of the expenses that comes with owning a car. Everything's become so expensive, and I'm sure you know that!
