We are so so impressed with the service! Super friendly staff, we showed up out of the blue with a problem and they helped us straight away. Jumped in the car and drove with us a bit to check out our problem. I can highly recommend. Great place!

While skiing in Manigod, after filling up the tank, the engine warning light came on and I experienced a total loss of power, followed by the vehicle stalling. I took my Berlingo back to the garage, where it was diagnosed that morning and repaired that afternoon for a clogged fuel filter. Available, accommodating, and professional – nothing to complain about 👍

I would like to share my experience with the Peugeot garage in Thônes, which I absolutely do not recommend. As the owner of a Peugeot 308, I entrusted my vehicle to them for repairs following an accident on July 25th. From the start, the communication was laborious: between dropping off the vehicle and returning it (38 days later, on August 30th), I had to send several emails and make numerous calls to get an update, without ever having a clear idea of the status of the repairs. Then, as if by magic, I received a text message telling me that the vehicle was ready, even though three days earlier the manager had verbally informed me that the work would take another two weeks… I picked up the car (the garage is a two-hour drive from my home) and, at first glance, everything seemed in order. But a few hours later, in a different light, I noticed that the paint on the trunk and bumper (two parts repaired following the accident) didn't match the original color: my pearly white car had been repainted in a more matte white! Incomprehensible coming from a Peugeot bodywork/painter, right? I immediately called the manager, who calmly told me to "bring the car back" (no apologies, no spontaneous gesture of goodwill). When I brought up the subject of compensation, the manager replied: "What do you want?" So I suggested he perform my annual service. He agreed, and I think it's the least I can do, given the time and expense lost in this first incident: 4 hours round trip x 2 trips = 8 hours + toll fees and gas = €120. With the overall trust broken, the evening before I was due to pick up the vehicle for the second time (around 5 p.m.), I called to ask if everything was in order for the next morning and if the promised service had been performed. The manager told me "no." It was 5 p.m. I was supposed to pick up the car the next day at 8 a.m., but the service hadn't been done... uh... is there something wrong here? Do you work nights? I had to get organized again and postpone my arrival until the afternoon so they could take care of it the next morning, completely crazy! After returning the vehicle, with trust having of course been completely broken, I requested detailed invoices for the repairs and servicing, as required by law. The secretary initially told me she was "overwhelmed." Seeing my growing dissatisfaction, the second argument was that she was "going on vacation" and that we would have to wait for her return. After persisting, she told me I would have to wait "an hour," then that "not everything was clear and she needed to check with the manager." In the end, I left without the documents. Also noteworthy was the general chaos in the customer service area of this garage, unworthy of the Peugeot brand. The icing on the cake: on the way back, I discovered that the sunroof curtain was stuck, even though it had previously been working perfectly. The manager, when contacted, told me he had questioned his three colleagues, who "saw nothing." However, the vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned, proof that they had worked hard inside and were (in my opinion) the cause of the problem. No solution, no accountability, my word against theirs, I lost... (Note: I went to my local garage, who replaced the part and put the claim on the car's warranty. That's a professional garage, Mr. Thônes manager!) But the most incredible thing was the ending: during our last conversation, the manager admitted that he had noticed the wrong paint color just after returning the car, when he saw me at the bakery 1 km from the garage. He knew it, but never bothered to call me. A disorganized, unprofessional garage (returning a vehicle with a different paint color), with no respect for the customer (an 8-hour drive without spontaneously offering compensation), non-existent communication, and invoices that were difficult to obtain. A deplorable experience, unworthy of a garage representing the Peugeot brand.

It's a great pleasure to find my car in impeccable condition, both inside and out, after a visit to the body shop. Kudos to the professionalism of this establishment.

While passing through the area, I sought advice regarding my old Renault Scenic, which had an intermittent starter problem. Both the administrative and mechanical responses were very professional, understanding, and friendly, all for a reasonable price considering the time the mechanics spent on my vehicle. I highly recommend this garage!
