I have never had such a disappointing experience.
I leased my second Clio from this Renault dealership.
The initial paperwork signing was very disappointing. I was greeted in what felt like an archive office by a woman who, it seemed to me, wasn't fully aware of all the procedures. A man passing by at that moment rudely told me to call my car insurance company directly to insure my new car, for which I hadn't received any information about the license plate.
I was also told that I needed to contact the Compiègne dealership about the registration certificate, which hadn't been received. (Even though we pay for a registration service as part of the lease).
In the meantime, I was given a tracking number for my registration certificate and told to wait. At the beginning of November, I noticed that the tracking number indicated the registration certificate had been returned on October 9th! They didn't even bother to check the tracking and made me wait for nothing…
Today is December 1st, and I still haven't received any updates or my vehicle registration document…
I have never been so disappointed by this appalling customer experience…

0/5 - My wife came in in May with a flat tire.
She came out with a quote that indicated the replacement of two shock absorbers and the accompanying hardware.
Following a leak in one of them.
We checked the vehicle at its German dealership.
No leaks. No comments on the inspection.
I'll let you draw your own conclusions between two key words: Clown or Guignol. RUN AWAY!
