A Renault garage that refuses to service Renault vehicles under warranty... What's the point of being a Renault garage in this case? I had to email head office to get them to investigate this garage.

Very good service. They helped me quickly and without any red tape in an emergency, replacing the V-belt and alternator. Friendly and competent! You won't find anything like it anywhere in Germany.

5 months of waiting to get my mother's wrecked car back, and she passed away without having been able to enjoy her car! The bill is astronomical, and despite this, the vehicle is not functional: we had to jump-start it with pliers to get it out of the garage! The mechanic assured us that we could just drive it and the battery would recharge. This was not the case, as the car refused to start that same evening and is out of service. A call was made and the mechanic refused to take responsibility for anything... 5 months and €4,500 in repairs, and the car doesn't even run!!!! This is unacceptable!! He took advantage of the kindness of an old lady, the insurance company, and our grief!
Avoid at all costs!

My friend's Clio 4 was dropped off for a service, but we had the unpleasant surprise of getting it back with a large scratch on the rear bumper. No work order with a front inspection was carried out, even though it's mandatory. The only response from the workshop manager was, well, that's it, that's it...so a letter to the national management and a change of brand!
