A very bad experience.
The vehicle is equipped with a PureTech engine, notorious for its oil consumption… which is clearly considered a characteristic here, not a problem.
First act: the catalytic converter fails.
It is replaced at this garage, with a 2-year warranty.
Price of the catalytic converter: approximately €1,000, an important detail for later.
A year later (still under warranty), the catalytic converter fails again.
Error code P0420, nothing unusual.
Back to the garage: – a free diagnostic check (how generous!),
– verdict: “no trace,” despite the very real fault,
– but surprisingly, an immediate desire to replace the catalytic converter again arises,
– however, honoring the 2-year warranty on a €1,000 part suddenly becomes much more complicated. In short:
I'm being asked to pay again for a part that's supposed to be under warranty,
without any support,
without a clear explanation,
and with a great deal of goodwill… as long as it's a matter of billing.
The catalytic converter, on the other hand, seems to be patiently waiting until the warranty expires to be replaced at my expense.
A very creative approach to the concept of a warranty.
I'll let everyone judge their professionalism and respect for the customer.
I strongly advise against this garage.

Garage with customer service like few others. The reception, both by phone and in person, is impeccable. My vehicle was taken care of the day after my call and the breakdown repaired the same day, even though I wasn't (yet) a customer. Highly recommended.

Having broken down with my vehicle and without a jack, I went to the Peugeot garage for help. They immediately agreed to help me, without hesitation.
Unlike the Renault garage in the town, which categorically refused me on the grounds that I wasn't a customer, even though I had broken down right in front of their store.
At Peugeot, they didn't hesitate for a second to help me. So I decided to entrust them with the repair of my vehicle afterward, and I'm not disappointed at all. Their work is impeccable, their customer service exemplary, and their response was quick, even though I wasn't a regular customer.
As a bonus, they lent me a superb 208, which isn't common, especially for a new customer!
Thanks to their professionalism and welcome, I decided to become a customer. A big thank you to the whole team!
