I had a flat tire, and since I wasn't a customer but had broken down nearby, I came in to ask for a jack.
I was planning to come back to have the car repaired and return the jack, but they refused outright, claiming they didn't have the equipment. That's strange for a garage, especially since their competitor lent me one!
And in return, I left all my maintenance work that needed doing, in addition to the flat tire that needed replacing. I was disappointed because I expected some help!
