Excellent welcome and thorough service this summer: very, very satisfied, thank you. However, I just went to have the fluids topped up and it's an extra charge. So I have a question: in this garage, unlike the well-known Renault dealership, do you charge for fluid top-ups after a service, along with any requested repairs? If so, I think it would be better to inform customers. And I had a lightbulb to change, but I left with it still burned out. Oh well. Disappointing. It's true that without an appointment, it can be a bit of a hassle, I understand. I did notice that my bulb hadn't been changed, but I didn't say anything, waiting to find out if an appointment is required to change a bulb. But if these basic road safety services can't be provided, I admit it worries me. I was so happy to have found a trustworthy garage, but I'm waiting for answers regarding the minor everyday issues that can affect driving. Thank you for seeing and reading my message.

I came to have the tire pressure adjusted for my Renault 5 E Tech. I was first redirected to the tire inflation station provided, explaining that I didn't know how to remove the warning light on the dashboard. A mechanic took the time to adjust my tire pressure and remove the warning light. They even fixed a problem with poorly positioned nuts twisting the hubcaps.

When I see the 1-star reviews and comments, I don't understand. The manager always took the time to help us.
The prices were fair, and I'm so glad I got a second quote here because, after an accident with no identified third party, the chain garage "Point..." quoted me €2,000 for a steering rack replacement, probably assuming I'd use my insurance... but no, I only had third-party coverage and no identified third party. In the end, it was only €800, so yes to honesty and professionalism.

Cold welcome, what am I saying... icy!
It's not appealing to begin with! And then you're made to feel like it's annoying them. I won't even mention the prices. Go to small, independent garages; you'll be better received and you'll pay less for the same work. Maybe even with a smile and a hello. In this garage, it's a waste of time.
