When driving from the UK to Italy earlier in September, we experienced problems with our Ford Galaxy - warning symbol and loss of power. We called in at your Maxeville Branch near Nancy in the late afternoon and Nicolas Marchand was very helpful and analysed the problem electronically. He was able to reassure us re the issue and we were able to continue on our journey. The service received at such short notice was excellent and we were very appreciative of this. When heading back to Holland after our holiday, our car had problems. The team was Quick with diagnosis and solved the issue so we could head back home.

The garage is well-maintained, but the sales staff were not very available. I waited an hour without losing patience; the welcome and the coffee did the trick!
The sales tools are inadequate!
The printed leaflets are illegible without a magnifying glass.
The pricing information is incomprehensible.
The test drive of the perfect vehicle took only 10 minutes.
A detailed brochure for each vehicle would be helpful to discuss them with some visual details... I couldn't find anything to show my family.
