I called several times to make an appointment to replace my airbag after receiving my letter. They were supposed to call me back, but I'm still waiting. I went to the location, only for a salesperson to take my contact information, and they were supposed to call me back, but still nothing a week later.
A complete lack of respect. It seems to me that this is a very important safety organization, and the least polite thing to do is call back, but unfortunately, I'm not a customer of theirs.

I've been trying to contact them for over a week about a repair following an accident. The AI that takes the call, because no one ever picks up, is useless, and no one has gotten back to me. I also sent an email, also without a response... Once there, it's impossible to park.
It's starting badly...

They're not professionals.
My wife took her car in last week to have the ADBlue injector replaced, but they don't reassemble the parts they remove.
This is unacceptable!! I'm a mechanic at a dealership, and when I remove parts from vehicles I work on, I reassemble them before returning them to my customer.
I can occasionally give lessons to your mechanics if you'd like.
