I got a flat tire on my way to work, not far from the garage, and an employee was kind enough to offer to help me reinflate it. I was able to get going again and arrive safely, thank you again!

Following a problem with my vehicle which would no longer start, the tow truck came to collect my car to take it back to Renault Breteil between noon and two despite their lunch break they still received my vehicle, rapid diagnosis and to my pleasant surprise when they called me to collect my vehicle they told me that I didn't owe them anything! and my vehicle restarted! super nice 🤗

Impeccable customer service: welcoming, competent, and efficient, at every level (sales, reception, mechanics, etc.).
The only slight drawback: the quality and cleanliness of the rental cars (you can't leave Toulouse with them).
I would definitely return if I don't have any travel outside of Toulouse planned.

I just came back from the garage (repairs on a Clio 3), the team was fantastic. Welcoming, helpful, and honest—what more could you ask for! I wish they had more vehicles so I could get them all repaired here.
