This was the worst experience with a car dealer in France in the past 10 years!!! They NEVER answer phone or mail once the contract signed...I could not receive my carte grise for 2 months because they requested on a fictious name and never helped me to recover this situation...now I'm about to lose the eco bonus cause after 4 months they can't find the documents I signen at car delivery and they just asked them from me....
I would never go back to them and I do not recommend them to anybody!!!

Horrible customer service, horrible client experience, bought a new vehicle with 9 months delay in delivery, ABSOLUTELY NO information from any one on customer or client services side about anything, vehicle bought keeps showing 'motor problems' during our first trip with it , mind you it's a NEW VEHICLE! send it back to them, they returned the vehicle to us within 24hours without finding the problem and the problem still persists, honestly would never recommend this place to anyone
