Having arrived in Toulouse just a few years ago and settled in the Cartoucherie neighborhood, I stumbled upon this garage quite by chance. Since then, I've never felt the need to go anywhere else, and that's not about to change. Through all the servicing and other issues I've encountered with my car, I've found that you can completely trust Garage Vautour.
Every visit ticks all the boxes: professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and a truly warm welcome. The owner always takes the time to explain things clearly, which is very reassuring when you know nothing about mechanics. He never hesitates to explain again if necessary.
Their greatest strength, in my opinion, is their responsiveness. It's simply perfect, especially when you have a last-minute breakdown or problem with your car. And this is despite the heavy workload they seem to have every day.
I therefore wholeheartedly recommend this garage, which I will continue to trust without any hesitation.

I had an appointment for a check-up on my Berlingo. Friendliness and customer service are clearly not part of this garage's ethos. Having parked in front of the garage to drop off my vehicle, I was verbally attacked by an individual who told me to find a parking space in the neighborhood.
I turned on my heel and left. I had no intention of giving money to such people. Avoid at all costs!
I gave one star because it's not possible to give fewer.

My C3 was recalled due to the infamous Takata airbags, so I asked this garage to replace the part 🛠️.
I had to wait a while for an appointment, as the garage seems to be quite popular 🔝.
The service was extremely friendly, and the repair was completed within the promised timeframe ⚙️.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed ☑️!
