not very helpful, we wanted to only have the car diagnosed, as we had a problem with the injection, lady at the counter was looking at us as if we were aliens (yes we speak french) and after all the explanation, she didn't offer a solution, solely that we can let the car there for a week and they will see when they have time..
I know how it is when the shop is busy and the service has no time.. but hooking up a diagnostic device and read out the errors / failures wouldn't have cost a lot of time (its a matter of 10mins).

Caroline was brilliant and so helpful with me buying my first French car. We will recommend people to go to this garage for good service and a friendly service. The collection of the car was very special with the grand uncovering, it was such a lovely experiece and I thank the staff at Renault Cherbourg.
