No, Madam, you are not kind and you made me run away with your unbearable arrogance. By the way, you made me lose the fifth year (paid) of the guaranteed service of my vehicle, purchased from your premises, but which I had to have serviced elsewhere and pay a bill of around €900, you are not honest. I call that theft. 😡
