A disastrous appointment arranged with the insurance company, Mr. Simeon called me back specifying that he didn't want to repair my car, supposedly because there was a 2-month wait (for no valid reason). I asked if just the expert could come and see it, he told me no, it's no use, come and collect your car...🤨
A zero point in professionalism, I strongly advise against it.
