I had an appointment for my annual vehicle service, a very long wait from 8am to 6pm for a simple oil change and filters, and as a replacement car they gave me an old Dacia tank from World War II – a disaster!

Following an engine control unit recalibration (a manufacturer campaign aimed at reducing NOx emissions), an emissions warning light appeared on my vehicle, even though it wasn't present before the procedure.
The fault, which was previously non-critical and not indicated by a warning light, became recurrent after the update.
The dealership acknowledges the sequence of events but directs me to file a complaint with headquarters, without offering any technical solution or support.
I regret the lack of support following a procedure mandated by the manufacturer, which left the vehicle in a less satisfactory condition than before.

I went there for bodywork and I highly recommend it.
The manager is professional and attentive to the customer, which is rare these days.
The bodywork is perfect!
And what a surprise to get my car back completely cleaned (inside and out) – hats off to them!
