My new vehicle was delivered 15 days late.
I had to take matters into my own hands to get it back.
I finally picked up my vehicle in the snow and in the dark. A week later, it was back at the garage with a flat tire and a scratch on the trunk.
I absolutely do not recommend them.

Avoid at all costs! They kept my Peugeot for three months due to a problem. They blamed Peugeot customer service, the manager insulted me, made me feel guilty, and of course, didn't offer a single apology. They lost the service records for both of my Peugeots.

Very disappointed by the unprofessional welcome (that's an understatement), an incorrect quote for which I am made to feel "guilty" because it has to be redone, a final invoice not exactly corresponding to the quote on the pretext that an item could not be included beforehand.

Strongly avoid this place because they tell you over the phone that it's doable, but when I come to make an appointment they tell me no, it's not possible to repair it with a part that doesn't come from Citroën but is bought for half the price of theirs....

It would take too long to list all my disappointments with this garage since their merger with Citroën. The last one - and the least serious: I was immobilized for six days - supposedly not being able to lend me a vehicle even though I had been a customer for over 20 years - just to change a battery!
