After two visits to this garage by my partner and myself for issues with our respective vehicles, I'm surprised by the reviews, as everything went smoothly for us. My car broke down on December 14th, and they agreed to take it in, unlike several Citroën garages that simply refused because "it's almost Christmas, you understand" (Oh, well, I don't understand...!). Here, the service was professional, quick, and competent. I have absolutely no complaints, and I was able to get my car back very quickly. The price didn't seem excessive either, no more so than elsewhere, anyway. So, I now recommend this garage.

Following a worrying error message on my car (engine fault), this garage performed a good diagnosis, but the outcome was less than glorious:
They told me that the part to be replaced was no longer available because my car was too old.
I returned home 800 km away (at the risk of damaging my car) and took my vehicle to my usual garage. They repaired it in less than half a day (more than 20 parts available from the supplier!).
Moreover, the receptionist was borderline friendly.
I'm not used to giving such high ratings, but this one didn't please me.

Avoid at all costs. They repaired and welded a heater that failed twice, and I paid for it each time. Now, on the third attempt, they're asking me to pay again. The garage isn't taking responsibility, and their work is shoddy. I'm left with a car that doesn't run.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just to add engine oil to my vehicle, I was charged €147.26 without a quote! The breakdown of the invoice? Diagnostic scan €37.50, road test €14.75, and—WARNING: THE BEST FOR LAST—ENGINE OIL €70.47 (plus VAT at €24.54). YOU ARE DISHONEST.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Garage Desclaud on my car, including the replacement of all four tires and a wheel alignment. My car isn't easy to adjust, but they took the time to do a quality job.
In addition, I appreciated the interaction with the team.
I recommend them!
