Hello,
I dropped off my vehicle in 2022 for a problem that wasn't even resolved. You kept my vehicle for a month without any compensation. I had to deal with my insurance company myself to get a loaner car!
Subsequently, after three weeks of hassle, I finally had to request a loaner car from your garage. This was due to a broken spark plug in my engine, which is your responsibility! The initial problem with my vehicle wasn't even addressed!
Today, I realize there's another issue: for the past two years, I've been experiencing a water leak in my vehicle. After inspection, it turns out the car was improperly reassembled. Furthermore, the mounting brackets are half broken!
I will never set foot in your garage again; I should have listened to my family. Moreover, your customer service should be impeccable, and I have very bad memories of this experience. I don't even understand how you managed to get 4 stars!
