My car broke down on a Sunday. I received a very warm welcome on Monday morning. They gave clear explanations and took the time to look at my car during the day. I picked it up today after being notified yesterday (two days later) that everything had been taken care of. They were polite, friendly, and courteous. I was even surprised to find my car cleaner inside 🥰. We had heard good things about this dealership, and we certainly agree. I recommend them :)

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but after reading the one posted above, I felt compelled to respond. It's unacceptable to see such an unfounded comment, especially coming from an account clearly created solely to post this negative review.
I've been taking my car to this Renault garage for several years now, and I've never been disappointed. Quite the opposite! The entire team is professional, honest, and attentive. There are no overcharges, and they never replace parts unnecessarily—in fact, they've even waived some service fees out of concern for the customer.
The manager is clear, transparent, and always ready to find suitable solutions without ever pushing for unnecessary expenses. The welcome is warm, friendly, and respectful, whether from the receptionist or the rest of the team.
In short, a trustworthy garage, and that's rare these days. I recommend this garage without hesitation!
