Personal insurers advise against this garage, which is increasingly the subject of legal proceedings. Repairs are poorly done, and worse, other parts are damaged. The manager doesn't care. The worker put in charge is not only incompetent but disrespectful.

Joint à minuit le lundi soir pour un problème de pompe à gasoil sur mon T4 immobilisé sur un parking. Rendez vous pris pour 8h15 le lendemain. Le dépanneur arrive à l'heure exacte, aimable, pro, dépannage effectué sur place et je repars 15 minutes après. Cerise sur le capot, il m'accompagne jusqu'à la station service pour s'assurer que je redémarre bien...franchement, ce type de service devient rare...bravo !

Appointment made at this garage for a service + timing belt change. The car comes out with a noise problem that should never have gone unnoticed during a test drive unless you suffer from serious hearing problems. After 6 visits to this garage, still a noise problem. A. will tell us that there are 2 models of tensioner pulleys and that the one ordered was not the right reference. With a witness, we see them comparing several models of accessory belts... Clearly, the team is lost. M. will be offended that we are starting to get angry at still having a problem with the car after 6 visits to their place. On the 7th visit, M. will literally lose it by abandoning the work, returning the car disassembled (accessory belt under the passenger seat + engine cover missing) and insulting us, forcing us to call assistance to be taken to another garage. It turns out that the alternator was damaged (from testing the wrong accessory belt) and needs to be replaced. 1 month later, the air conditioning compressor was knocked out. How many parts will have been damaged? The car was running perfectly well before it came to this garage. I strongly advise against this garage.

I've been having my cars serviced and repaired at this garage for over 20 years. The staff are very competent and attentive.

Breakdown on the side of the highway at nightfall... Very satisfied with the breakdown service! A professional who knows his job, he even took the time to show me the route to take for my meal and the end of the evening.
