My Q5 broke down and the service was fantastic, very honest, very friendly! They even provided an Audi tow truck when Renault, who had towed me, refused to do the repairs! I recommend them 1000%! Thanks Fred 👍

IN REPLY TO Ced Lambert. Dear Sir, if you knew my establishment, the idea of posting this comment wouldn't have even crossed your mind... I'm not in the habit of responding to comments, but here, some clarification is needed. Do you really think we're going to take the risk of announcing repairs without considering that you might ask for a second opinion and look like thieves? What's the point? Let's be serious... I remember your visit, but I think my (experienced) mechanic's comments were misinterpreted. Perhaps unclear... I can understand that. Personally, when I misunderstand something, I usually ask for more explanations. Your vehicle is reportedly causing noise in the front axle. The problem with the stabilizer bar links was clearly identified, but there was a suspicion of play in the front shock absorbers. Because yes, when the latter are worn on the 208 (like the 2008/3008/5008/C4/C3...), play in the strut generates a very characteristic rattling noise. This noise can be masked by the noise generated by damaged rods. The procedure was therefore to replace the defective parts, SUBJECT TO a shock absorber anomaly. In this case, an estimate* is established with all the components. *(I emphasize the term) We therefore replace the shock absorbers ONLY if, following the operation, the rattling of the shock absorbers is perfectly audible. This way, the customer doesn't have any unpleasant surprises! I don't think I need to question my mechanic's analysis or my approach to handling this type of case. What reassures me about all this is that you're clearly a fan of negative comments on Google. I think one of my colleagues will be next. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to satisfy mediocrity. Yours faithfully.

Very professional and helpful garage. This Wednesday, May 29th, we encountered an engine problem on our way to the Vosges for a short stay. So, we went to this garage, and although it was already after 5:00 p.m., the mechanic took care of us and checked our vehicle (Peugeot 407). He took the time to analyze and correct the fault. Considering he hadn't spent much time troubleshooting our car, he didn't want to charge us for his service. Such people are becoming increasingly rare, and although I thanked him, I still wanted to do so on this page. Good luck, I highly recommend this garage.

I took my wife's 208 in for a noise problem. After diagnosis, they told me the shock absorbers were shot and that even after replacing them, there would probably still be some noise because there was some play in the stabilizer bars. So, they said I should consider replacing them. The quote was over €600. I went to get a second opinion elsewhere. They clearly showed me on the lift that it was the stabilizer bars that were faulty, and that the shock absorbers were fine. They replaced them for €150 and the noise is gone. Clearly, Peugeot wanted to replace both the shock absorbers and the stabilizer bars, but once they replaced both at the same time, it was impossible to know which was the problem. So be careful, this garage might replace perfectly good parts and charge a hefty bill.
