I had battery failure in my Volvo V60 whilst on holiday, and the service received was fantastic. The breakdown call out helped to get my car going again and diagnosed the battery failure (it was very old and due to be replaced).
By the next day the new battery had been ordered and fitted in my car.
Special thanks to Guillaume Dutfoy for his help (we got around the language barrier).
