I went there last Tuesday to get a quote on having panel beating done on my Renault car. A week later, yesterday, as I still hadn't received anything I went back again. I was advised that the quote might be ready by Friday. I had the same damage assessed in Horsham in the UK and was quoted that day. Would have had it done in the UK but I was only there for 6 weeks and they weren't able to get the parts from France in that time.

The owner, Samuel, is very friendly and helpful. A true professional! I had a rear tire blowout on the road to the grape harvest, but I managed to get to the garage with my spare tire, which was a sorry sight (as were all the others). So I decided to change everything. Not only did he find my five unusual tires (I have an old Renault Trafic 1 camper van) urgently for the next day (since it was almost 6 pm) for a reasonable price, but in addition to changing them, he fixed electrical problems that were preventing the alternator from charging the battery (two poorly connected and corroded ground connections and a broken alternator terminal). He also topped up the oil levels in the gearbox and front axle. And he changed a headlight. All this while readily putting in two extra hours (because the tires arrived a bit late and he had to go out on a breakdown call while the camper van was on the lift)! Not to mention the advice he gave me on repairing my Renault Trafic. Nor the fact that I didn't pay more than he quoted for the tires and fitting! A true enthusiast who did me a great service and whom I'll definitely go back to if I'm ever in the area again. A real mechanic who knows his trade perfectly and is completely dedicated to it. Respect to him and his assistants! Note: This shop was open on September 2, 2025, and was looking for one or more employees.

A €190 towing fee is incurred. The garage told us that a power steering hose was broken and that they couldn't look at it until the next day. We were advised to stay at a hotel across from the garage. The next day, they first helped other stranded people and then left us in the cold. After waiting for two hours, we left for another garage! Worthless! About €190 for towing fees. At the garage, it was indicated that a broken steering assistant was broken and that he couldn't see the towing. We took a hotel across from the garage. The towing, he helped other people with the blocks, and we left the car cold. After two hours, we sometimes left for another garage! Zero

I'm very disappointed with this garage. My car ended up there four times in three months for the same symptoms. I paid several bills, yet the problem wasn't fixed. I decided to take my car elsewhere because I no longer trusted this garage. My insurance covered four tows (thankfully!). I'd been a customer for almost 10 years (buying two new cars, servicing them...), but that's it! I'm going to look elsewhere for more professional service!

We broke down on the highway, so we had no choice but to take our car to the nearest garage. Five days after our breakdown, we were still waiting for the quote so we could have the repairs done and get our car back. Still nothing, so we had to have our car transported to a much more reputable garage. As if these days, cars aren't used for getting to work. Three calls to get the quote: "We'll send it to you," the woman on the other end of the phone told me. We're still waiting. The garage is unaccommodating, unfriendly, and especially unprofessional, as if a quote took a day to be sent.
