I needed a part replaced on my Renault, and it's the first time in my life I've ever seen such unpleasant and unprofessional reception staff. They should retire; they were really unfriendly. When I asked for information, they barely even answered, so I asked for a refund, thinking the part wasn't refundable. I didn't understand why, but after a bit of discussion, I managed to get my money back. I then took my car to another garage, and I strongly advise against going to this one.

Run away from this dishonest garage!
My car was dropped off at their place at the end of July by the highway tow truck. The repair estimate was €8,300 for the engine change, including €174 for diagnostics, which included two sentences: low compression ratio (how much, I have no idea), ribbed belt. I paid the €174 to transfer my vehicle to Citroën. The invoice was €209 for diagnostics and three spark plugs. Before posting this review, I made sure to call them to get a refund of the €174, and they laughed me off.

Our motorhome broke down, and GTE Auto garage quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately.
They even lent us a car so we could explore the surrounding area while they worked on it.
We picked up our motorhome in the early afternoon.
The managers and staff were exceptionally kind and efficient.
Thank you to them.
