Friendly staff, but the repairs and after-sales service at this garage leave something to be desired. I took my vehicle to this garage after a turbo failure on my C4 Picasso. I got it back dirtier than when I left it (bird droppings all over my vehicle and grease stains on my hood, interior diagnostic panel not properly reinstalled, it falls on my feet while driving). Is this normal?
Avoid this garage!!!

We needed to stock up on fap additives, the VDR team was very responsive and offered us an appointment the next day, letting us know that they were going to do it between two when the others it was not before 1 month (knowing that you have a limited number of km...) So I thank the team for their responsiveness and professionalism.

I came in for a horn problem, I had to have an 80 euro diagnostic done, only to find that once the part was replaced as indicated in the diagnostic, it didn't work.
When I called them back to tell them, they told me there was nothing they could do and that it wasn't their fault. I really don't recommend them; they're incapable of doing anything.
