A regular customer of the garage, I left after a deplorable welcome from the staff and the manager, who pretended to greet you and ask why you came to them.
It was undoubtedly a very long day, but the minimum required was absent. However, to joke with the colleague, there is availability! Too bad, you've lost a customer.

Completely incompetent... I was on the road for vacation, my car had engine trouble, so I left it at this garage for two weeks... It took them two weeks to tell us they couldn't do anything because their diagnostic tool wasn't compatible with my car. 👍🏻👏🏻

Very good impression for my first visit to the garage as a new resident living nearby. The service was very quick after an initial phone call where a mechanic resolved my head-up display problem on my C3 Aircross, and what's more, free of charge. (My mistake.)
