Incompetent and a crook at the same time. To begin with, this garage takes forever to give you an estimate and even to see what repairs are needed for your vehicle, and when they finally do the work, it's done very poorly. This garage enjoys inflating your bills for no reason, and without ever having you sign an estimate. They're demanding 1500 euros for a starter or flywheel, without any labor costs, because these were repairs that should have already been done during previous repairs, which they didn't do because, as the owner himself thinks, they didn't need to replace the part, claiming it was in good condition, which it wasn't. Despite all this, I got my vehicle back with even more problems than it had before I even left the garage. Of course, I received no quote, nor was I required to sign it. It wasn't until I informed him that I wouldn't pay, given that he hadn't done his job properly, that he falsified an invoice demanding €1500 for just a starter motor and a flywheel, obviously using incorrect entry dates for when my vehicle was serviced and returned. I have, of course, initiated legal proceedings against him to protect myself. I had the work redone at a different garage, with proof of the invoices and the additional work he had to do. Do not have your vehicle repaired there.
