I rented a vehicle some time ago and was disappointed by the way I was greeted. The person was very arrogant and unpleasant both at the rental and at the return, and I'm choosing my words carefully so as not to be censored a second time.... In short, I will not be returning to this garage again and I have informed my company of this for future car rentals.
