Very good phone reception, quick appointment.
For a simple service, they didn't even check the tires, which were too worn (which earned me a second inspection).
They didn't reset the service odometer.
It left me with a big sense of incompleteness; not all 86 checkpoints were checked, and for what I can't easily check, I can't say everything was done properly.
I won't be going back; other garages are more reliable.
