very friendly and very helpful, we need to change our tire quickly for planned trip in same day, then we were helped to book an appointment 3h later in another euromaster (this appoinment was created in the air by inserting us between 2 ọthers appointment, thanks again !!!) , normally it takes 1 week to order for new tires if you dont have them in stock.

Terrible experience. I left my BMW M135i for a wheel alignment and geometry check, and they returned it to me with the steering wheel half off-center to the right. The car was pulling to the right just as much as before… I expressed my dissatisfaction, and their only response was that the main road had a defect! I think the receptionist thought I was a complete idiot! I asked them to put it back on the lift, and they gave it back, but it was even worse on the second pass! I wasted €120 for nothing! I went to another (real) specialist who fixed everything for €85, and the car drives perfectly straight now. I strongly advise against this garage! Amateurs!

Owner of the white Audi Q5, I had an appointment at 9:00 AM on May 16, 2025, for a change of four Michelin tires and a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, late Friday, I noticed a damaged rim during the installation by the technician who worked on my vehicle. I will be at the store first thing Monday morning to speak with the manager. I have attached photos of the damage. P.S.: I am an honest and responsible person.

I went to the Euromaster in Valenton yesterday morning when they opened because of a flat tire.
I didn't have an appointment, but flat tires happen unexpectedly! Besides, it's a company car, and we have a tire contract.
The service was appalling, bordering on aggressive.
He told me he couldn't take me in and that just to check if my flat was repairable, I'd have to leave the car all day...
Since I had a spare tire in my trunk, I asked him to at least follow me to check if the flat was repairable so he could put the spare on for me to get to work.
He informed me that it wasn't repairable.
I ended up changing the spare tire myself because he refused to do it while I waited for my tires to be replaced!
I will never go back there!
