At reception, you immediately feel like you've made a mistake. In the garage, the mechanics are completely overwhelmed by electrical problems. In short, I left with my broken car.
Haha, except for one thing that works well: the billing!
My only advice: run away!

After being turned away by every Peugeot garage in Grenoble and the surrounding area, this dealership kindly agreed to take my broken-down car in and keep it until their mechanics could work on it. During the repair, I was kept well informed about the possible causes and potential costs of the breakdown, with estimates and phone calls. The car was returned on December 29th with some very helpful advice. Thank you so much!

The car had developed mayonnaise-like sludge in the expansion tank. I accepted a quote of €3,500 for a head gasket replacement because it was the only garage that could do the repairs before my August vacation.
The car went into the garage on July 25th and was picked up on September 19th.
Just before reassembly, they noticed that the oil/water heat exchanger was leaking.
I see this as a professional error: the oil/water heat exchanger is the first thing to check during diagnosis.
The reassembly was completed, but during the road tests, the vacuum pump failed (an additional €400).
This is often the result of residue in the oil. (Having the cylinder head removed for two months increases the likelihood of this problem.)
The car was finally delivered that same evening, but the oil separator failed, causing a breakdown on the highway (an additional €107).
Clearly, the staff at this garage are incompetent.

Our C5 Aircross diesel experienced an AdBlue anti-pollution fault with a countdown warning: the car wouldn't start in 1000 km. GT Automobile agreed to address our problem after a quick appointment, despite their busy schedule in the middle of August. The issue was resolved professionally. While on holiday in Les Deux Alpes, we were able to continue our trip to the south of France. Back home after driving over 2000 km, the problem hasn't recurred! Efficiency, professionalism, and a warm welcome. I highly recommend this garage.
