We were greeted very warmly and made every effort to help us.
While inspecting the wheels, a very attentive technician noticed that the rear tires were worn on the inside, and they helped us immediately.

The service staff managed to find me a time slot to have my vehicle checked very quickly, even though their schedule was already full.
