My insurer referred me to this garage to have my vehicle repaired. The initial contact was fine, but soon there was a problem. Parts were needed to repair my car, but the mechanic couldn't give me a time frame and said he'd call me back.
Several days/weeks passed without hearing anything, so I decided to call them back, and they told me they'd called me and left a voicemail. Really? Since when do voicemails not reach the recipient?
After several calls on my own initiative to see if the parts were available, I ended up asking them to do part of the work because my vehicle was partially unusable. It was a real struggle to get through to them. They did the first part of the work, then called to tell me to pick up the vehicle before 4 p.m. on a weekday. I told them I was at work, so it was complicated. The response was, "Oh, well, that wouldn't be possible, otherwise I had my plane afterward." Excellent customer service. I keep calling back to find out if the missing part has arrived because no one is able to contact ME on their own initiative. The part arrives, they tell me it will take them a few hours. These few hours ultimately turn into several days because they were not able to check things in time. Total duration of the work: more than 2 months. I had to call my insurer and the expert to get things moving. In short, if you are in a hurry, move on.

Excellent welcome. I had a bodywork problem following a collision in 2024. The managers, staff and mechanics are very competent, very attentive to customers and offer very good advice. I drive a lot and since then, I have had my servicing done in this garage with great satisfaction.

A flat tire, a bolt to loosen stuck in the wheel, this garage will not help you, and will leave you on the side of the road, because they do not have the time and only have one mechanic! Experience lived today and I weigh my words on the kindness of the person who spoke to me on the phone to avoid at all costs!

As a longtime Renault customer, I'm very disappointed:
- Lack of transparent pricing
- High prices (following a comparison between two Renault garages)
- Average welcome
I don't recommend this garage.
