I called on Friday, and she gave me an appointment for Tuesday but advised me to drop off the vehicle that same day, in case there was a gap in the schedule.
As a result, I was able to pick up my vehicle on Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Dissatisfied. They take a very long time to do bodywork, a week to change a headlight, and they're not even competent. The bodywork alignment is faulty and they're completely unprofessional. I had a nasty surprise: rodents had chewed through the foam under the hood that protects the engine of my Megane 4, and they refuse to take responsibility for the problem.
