On the phone, a receptionist seemed to be reading from a script, stumbling over her words. She was completely unable to understand a simple request: "Could you direct me to Citroën spare parts, please?" After repeating my request four or five times and explaining what a spare part is (yes, really!), I finally got the number for a department reserved... for professionals!
They then gave me the number for the spare parts department for private individuals. And there... despite about twenty calls throughout the day, no one answered!

Very disappointed with the spare parts department, which no longer provides quotes (because the operators waste too much time). They already never answer the phone, even during government hours, so there's no point in buying from a dealership anymore. Avoid it, too bad; the old depot in Venissieux was much better.
