On the way down to Bordeaux, the car had been making a strange noise when braking since we left Paris. This garage agreed to take us in urgently to look at the car. In the end, nothing serious, we were able to leave immediately but I wanted to thank them for their responsiveness 🙏🏻

Used car purchased remotely... In pain. Delivered dirty, interior not cleaned or emptied, and especially with a broken taillight, which is unacceptable and puts me at risk of a ticket. Spare part still not received. Had to call back to obtain the administrative situation certificate. The adequate spiel before the sale, nothing more. Communication level below zero; so, I call, since the recall commitments are not honored. And they allow themselves to blame me for it! And this evening, I notice that a night light is not working! In short, I strongly advise against it.
