Absolutely useless no one speaks English doesn't help that I can't speak French all I needed was a key cut it's very simple job to do my assistance had it booked in for Friday but no one turned up to recover the vehicle so I managed to get the vehicle there Saturday I was told to come back Monday day and when I came back they told me the guy was on holiday absolutely useless

I bought my car from Ford Vendôme. It's a 3-hour drive! This was a very pleasant experience thanks to Benjamin, who was very attentive and answered all my questions with detailed explanations and, above all, complete transparency. I was able to take a test drive on different types of roads, which allowed me to finalize the purchase of a 2018 Kuga. It was a used vehicle, but in like-new condition, and it came with a full service history and a fantastic gift on delivery day ;) I'm very satisfied and want to express my gratitude and emphasize the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. I will definitely be back at Ford Vendôme!!

I had a tow hitch fitted to my vehicle, I got my car back in a terrible state! The trunk seal wasn't reinstalled, there was glue on the roof lining, and a stain on our child's car seat (which was only 15 days old! 👍). The car was scratched around the taillights, some clips were broken, the underbody heat shield had been cut with wire cutters (a horrible cut), and screws weren't properly tightened. They kept our vehicle for two days (from Tuesday to Wednesday evening) instead of one. They were supposed to look at the starting problem, but they didn't even remove the ignition coils (the covers were dusty with no marks), so the spark plugs weren't even checked! The workshop manager was unhelpful and dishonest when we pointed out all the defects, especially since no vehicle inspection was carried out, neither upon arrival nor departure! The law (Article 1915 of the Civil Code) stipulates that the vehicle must be returned in the same condition without any further damage, but in this case, it's a disaster! They kept the vehicle for an extra night (from Tuesday to Thursday morning), but nothing was done. We were supposed to pick it up at 10:00 AM on Thursday! And nothing was done to repair all the damage! Knowing that the work hadn't even been finished, we had to go back on Friday to have the reversing sensor module programmed! Thanks to the receptionist and the spare parts supplier for ordering the headlight clip. For the rest, we contacted Ford customer service.

I went to the garage because of a tire problem. The receptionist was very friendly, and the problem was resolved in 30 minutes, with my car washed outside without me even asking. I highly recommend them; the quality of your services is impeccable.
