Truly appreciate the service from this VW service centre. We got an accident to our car from UK, and required immediately repair work here. Although the staff can’t really speak English here, but they are really kind to help, from the car matter to letting us know where to stay and what to eat in this tidy town.
Repair work did perfectly with very reasonable price. They are also very helpful on explaining the car issues to us even we have very difficult experience to understand each other languages.

Travelling across France our Passat developed a rhythmic clicking noise which caused concern as we had 300 miles to go. Staying overnight in Verdun we googled for a VW garage and found this one - just two minutes from our hotel. What luck. We called in unannounced Monday morning and, despite being short staffed that morning and busy, they were able to jack the car up, identify the problem and sort it out within the hour. We continued our journey home with complete peace of mind. All staff there were great - many thanks to VW Verdun.

Ich wurde höflich begrüßt, nur es sprach niemand deutsch. Es wurde mir Enlisch angeboten, darauf erwiederte ich mein Anliegen in Englisch, welches dann auch nicht verstanden wurde. Ich benötigte ein Spiegelglas für einen VW T5 Fahrtrichtung links. Dort konnte mir niemand helfen, oder die wollten nicht helfen. ich kann dieses Autohaus leider nicht empfehlen als deutscher bekommt mann dort anscheinend keine Hilfe.

J'étais salué poliment, seulement personne ne le parlait allemand. Ce m'était proposé Enlisch, à cela erwiederte je ma demande en anglais lequel n'était pas non plus compris alors. J'avais besoin à gauche d'un verre de miroir d'un sens de la marche VW T5. Là personne ne pouvait m'aider, ou ils ne voulaient pas aider. je ne peux pas recommander cette société d'automobiles malheureusement comme plus allemande l'homme ne reçoit là apparemment aucune aide.

I was welcomed politely, only nobody spoke in German. It was offered to me Enlisch, on it erwiederte I my concern into English which was also not understood then. I needed a reflecting glass for a VW T5 direction of the traffic on the left. There nobody could help me, or they did not want to help. I cannot recommend this car dealer, unfortunately, as German man gets there apparently no help.
