A very serious boss who knows his job with a great team that works efficiently. Once you've been there, you won't have any problems with your car for a long time. And what's more, there's a gas pump right next door, which is perfect. I highly recommend it.

Bonjour. Ayant déménagé sur capinghem il y a quelques mois , je vais depuis peu chercher mon carburant a la station Elan de verlinghem à côté du concessionnaire Renault. Le prix du sans plomb et vraiment bon marché, le même prix que chez Total. Petite station très pratique et en plus la gérante est très sympathique et agréable. Très peu d'attente et station très bien tenue. J'irai désormais aussi pour mes voitures de collection, a bon entendeur salut, cordialement Damien.

When I arrive, the older woman orders me to make an appointment at another dealership. I'm a bit taken aback.
For your information, I'm still waiting for the quote for the supply and installation of a tow hitch, and it's been since the middle of last year!
I can understand that people are tired, that they have busy lives, or whatever, but there are limits! The "I don't have time for this, I have a job!" is just as unacceptable as asking me to go to another garage! Or, "Anyway, I don't have any openings before April!" This is the second time this woman has spoken to me rudely, and it will be the last!! And then we'll stigmatize the fact that young people are rude...

I dropped off my car this morning at 8:30 a.m. for a fuse check. I called at 4 p.m. and the secretary told me my car wasn't finished. At 5 p.m., I went straight to the garage. The so-called mechanic told me my car hadn't been done because his son was injured. So I wasted my time and my gas, and they didn't even tell me by phone, which would have been the least I could do. Now all I hope for you is that your garage closes down. Don't worry, there's competition, and I won't have any trouble finding a competent mechanic to change a fuse. I'm not going to hesitate to give you some good publicity and report the problem to Renault and Dacia.
