After a single flat tire, my car ended up in this garage two hours from home. In 24 hours, we went from one tire to four, plus a rim.
After consulting my usual mechanic, I asked to have the rim back so he could assess its condition. The verdict: it was practically undamaged, with only a small, repairable dent.
Conclusion: After boycotting Renault for a €4,000 quote when the repair only cost me €400, I will never go to Peugeot again or buy one. I also intend to share my experience with Peugeot headquarters.

Quote received today for a 307 heater core at €650.
Quote from Citroën with the same part number... for €250. Isn't that rip-off?
You charged €400 for the heater core as an original PSA part, even though it's no longer available. The aftermarket part costs €60.
Don't rip off your customers!
Avoid at all costs!

I absolutely do not recommend this garage. They are extremely dishonest, treat me like a liar, are very unfriendly, and borderline aggressive.

As a customer of the Peugeot garage in Verneuil-sur-Avre,
Despite the warm welcome and professionalism of the entire team, from the receptionist to the workshop manager,
I am extremely disappointed with the manufacturer's handling of my case.
My Peugeot 5008 had a broken camshaft, a problem recognized as a manufacturer defect.
Rather than admitting responsibility, the manufacturer repeatedly requested supporting documentation (oil changes, oil type, mileage, etc.) with no direct connection to the defect, ultimately refusing to take it over and imposing a bill of €1,640.
I deplore the lack of transparency and respect for the customer.
I strongly advise against Peugeot vehicles, which
does not accept responsibility for its manufacturing errors.
